April Lockhart

April Lockhart, born in 1995 on July 4th July. She began piano and guitar lessons from age seven. Her interest in creating songs was sparked. The first song she wrote was called Different, which she wrote when she was 12 years old. At the age of 14, April devoted a great deal of time in writing song ideas and practicing her music. Then, in the following months, April began to go on trips with her dad as well as write her songs at home in NY or LA. April added other themes to the song "Take My Hand" for some of the friends she had who struggled with concerns like peer pressure problems, as well as teenager suicide. Lockhart is a popular figure and also works as a lifestyle blogger at the renowned Ilia clean beauty brand. Since she was born without a left hand, she is a major part of herself. The same is true for me, and I believe it's something that needs to be addressed. Lockhart encourages us to keep striving to be self-accepting. She still admits having gone through a series of phases with her physique, feeling insecure at times to wear clothing that displayed the arms of her. Today, she wears anything she'd like. She also posts her photos on social networks. Self-love for her was a long trip. But I think that's for everyone, whatever they are struggling with. I believe having friends around you who really know you and see your feelings is crucial since they'll be those who will remind you what you worried about?
