Jo Lindner (born in Germany) was an German model who was a fitness trainer and social media personality. The site Instagram was regarded as a place to find fitness tips and guidance. Jo died in 2023 at 30 years old due to an aneurysm. The day before his death the neck of Jo began to hurt. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death via posting on Instagram. His former partner Nicha was also on the same page.

A baby was strapped to my back while another crawled around in the playpen. I worked 12 hour days for months sanding and taking wallpaper off, all and with just one child. Ha!
